Zhongyin Battery: Quality System
We successfully passed the ISO9001 quality management system and ISO14001 environmental management system auditing conducted by the world-renowned Det Norske Veritas (DNV) and had the certificate issued in early September 2002. The quality and environmental management systems are employed in the process of designing and producing alkaline zinc manganese dioxide dry batteries and Zn-Mn dry batteries.
Our company has achieved great performance in quality of productions and services and improved economic benefits sharply since the quality management systems was built in 1997. Meanwhile, we always take environmental protection seriously, and “Pairdeer” got environmental product label from CCEL in 2001. How long do your batteries last in storage?
Our batteries will maintain their charge for up to 10-years (7-years for 9-volt batteries) when stored at room temperature.
What makes your batteries different from the competitors?

Alkaline batteries last up to 6-9 times longer than ordinary carbon batteries.

Four basic parts: an electrode, an electrolyte, an isolating substance and a steel can.
How do batteries work?
Ions conduct electricity by directional movement between the positive and negative electrodes within a cell.
What is a short circuit?
The positive and negative electrodes of the battery are connected
What is discharge capacity for a battery?
An amount of power or actual working time given by a battery under a certain condition.
What is leakage?
The electrolyte inside the battery automatically leaks to the outer surface of the battery or battery components.
