With the application of 5G technology, we have already realized intelligent production management. Staffs can just download the app, and then control the start and the stop of the production line as well as check the operation status at any time. Remote maintenance of equipment can also be realized through 5G AR technology.

The key steps of the line are equipped with image detection and automatic elimination systems. Through AGV (automated guided vehicle) logistics system, robots will help to palletize the battery. AGV trolleys will automatically transport batteries to semi-finished warehouse.

Pairdeer stereoscopic warehousing system consists of 2 parts. One is finished goods and raw material warehouse, the other is semi-finished warehouse. Pairdeer stereoscopic warehouse is the largest and most advanced automatic warehouse in the alkaline battery industry. The entire warehouse covers an area of nearly 10,000 square meters with the height of 24 meters. All raw materials and finished batteries entering the warehouse will automatically arrive at its storage location according to the system instructions.

Pairdeer finished goods Warehouse has a delivery platform. Our intelligent warehouse will automatically complete the transportation of finished products from shelves to RGV (rail guided vehicle) according to scheduling instructions, until they are shipped onto containers.

Besides production line and stereoscopic warehouse, Pairdeer has been dedicated in realizing automatic packaging system, from battery labelling to blister packing, shrinking and finally to carton packing.

Before packaging, the semi-finished products (naked batteries after aging) will be inspected by AI quality inspection machine at semi-finished warehouse. It combines 5G technology and MEC edge computing which replaces the former manual eye inspection. It helps rise efficiency and the accuracy, guaranteeing each battery’s quality to our customers.
